Job Description

Job Summary:

Elevator Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, log, and manage elevator/escalator service requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
Diagnose basic faults or service issues and escalate technical problems to field technicians or engineering teams
Coordinate with field engineers, service technicians, and contractors for scheduling maintenance, breakdown resolution, and installations
Track service requests from initiation to closure and ensure follow-up with customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, actions taken, parts used, and resolution times
Support preventative maintenance planning and dispatch schedules
Handle warranty, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), and call-back services efficiently
Provide first-level troubleshooting support over the phone when applicable
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly service reports for management
Ensure all support activities comply with company standards and safety regulations
Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and escalate concerns appropriately

Required Skills:

Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously
Good organizational and documentation skills
