Role Description

full-time, on-site Electroplating Trainer

The Electroplating Trainer will be responsible for:

• Delivering theory and practical training sessions on electroplating processes and surface finishing techniques.
• Preparing course materials, demonstrations, and hands-on workshop activities.
• Ensuring students understand safety protocols, equipment handling, and real-world industrial applications.
• Assessing learners’ progress and providing additional support where needed.
• Maintaining lab equipment and ensuring a safe, productive learning environment.
• Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in electroplating and surface treatment technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in

  Chemical Engineering

  ,

  Electrochemistry

  ,

  Material Science

  ,

  Mechanical Engineering

  , or a related field.
• Strong understanding of

  electroplating principles

  , metal finishing, chemicals used in electroplating, and safety standards.
• Practical experience working in an electroplating unit or related industrial process (preferred).
• Good communication skills and the ability to teach technical concepts clearly.
• Experience in managing workshops or training environments is a plus.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring ITI students to build successful technical careers.
