: Electronic Support Engineer

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in L2 technical support or similar role involving electronics and embedded systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience with electronic test tools (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter, etc.).
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting circuit diagrams, schematics, and PCB layouts.
  • Solid understanding of microcontrollers, embedded systems, and firmware debugging.
  • Familiarity with communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, Modbus, etc.).
  • Experience in troubleshooting PCB and hardware faults.
  • Working knowledge of tools like JTAG debuggers, serial consoles, and firmware flashing.
  • Ability to log, trace, and debug issues at hardware and low-level software layers.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
