Electrician — Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical systems across hostel buildings.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults in rooms, common areas, and hostel facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections of wiring, switchboards, lights, and power systems.
• Ensure safety standards and support any hostel maintenance projects.

Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical Trade or equivalent.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience (hostel/institution experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety procedures.

Plumber — Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair hostel plumbing systems including pipelines, bathrooms, water tanks, and drainage.
• Inspect and resolve water leakage, blockage, and pressure issues.
• Support day-to-day plumbing needs of hostel residents.
• Ensure proper maintenance of water supply and sanitation systems.

Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma in Plumbing or relevant certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience (experience in hostels/institutions preferred).
• Ability to handle both routine and emergency plumbing tasks.

General Requirements

• Ability to work independently and respond to hostel maintenance needs promptly.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
