Job Description: Electrician/Maintenance Electrician

• We're hiring an experienced and skilled Electrician to join our team at an electrical panel manufacturing company in Ambala City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical panels. This role requires precision, a strong understanding of electrical schematics, and a commitment to safety and quality. ⚡
• Location Ambala City/Yamunanagar Haryana (Candidate must be local from Ambala for Ambala location & from Yamunanagar for Yamunanagar location)
• Salary ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 for experienced candidates; starting at ₹10,000 for freshers
• Experience 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly and Wiring: Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to accurately assemble and wire electrical panels.
• Component Installation: Install and connect components such as circuit breakers, relays, contactors, terminals, and PLCs.
• Testing and Quality Control: Perform thorough testing on finished panels to ensure they meet all design specifications and safety standards.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair any faults or malfunctions in electrical panels during the manufacturing process.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure a smooth workflow and safe working environment.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and national electrical codes to ensure a safe work environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Background: An ITI certification or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in reading electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of electrical components and their functions.
• Familiarity with various electrical tools and testing equipment (e.g., multimeters).
• Experience in panel wiring and troubleshooting.
• Personal Attributes:
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
