ELECTRICIAN

We are Looking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our hospital’s maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems and hospital equipment, ensuring a safe and functional environment for patients, staff and visitors. candidate work in Hospital given preference . Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain and repair hospital electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and power systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical systems and medical equipment (e.g., UPS, patient monitors, surgical lights, oxygen panels).
• Maintain and service backup generators, inverters, and battery systems.
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply to critical hospital equipment, such as ventilators, operation theatre equipment, ICU systems, etc.
• Coordinate with biomedical engineering teams for joint maintenance of electro-medical equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to safety codes and hospital policies.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and equipment servicing.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls or system failures during and after working hours as needed.
• Comply with health and safety standards, infection control policies, and electrical regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• Valid electrician license or certification (as per local/state requirements).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
• Knowledge of electrical safety codes and standards.
• Hands-on experience with hospital systems like HT/LT panels, DG sets, UPS, nurse call systems, and BMS (Building Management Systems).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and respond to on-call emergencies.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with biomedical devices and hospital infrastructure.
• Experience in coordinating with vendors for maintenance and procurement.
• AC knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
