Job Description: Electrician – EV Charger Installation Position: Area Manager Location: Rajasthan Region Company: HM ENTERPRISES Experience Required: 1–5 years in electrical work (EV charger installation preferred) Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician to manage on-site electrical activities, lead a small installation team, and carry out EV charger installations. The role also includes performing proper electrical earthing and ensuring all work complies with safety and technical standards. Key Responsibilities:EV Charger Installation: Install AC/DC EV charging stations at residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Perform wiring, conduit work, power connections, and MCCB/DB setups. Team Management & Site Coordination: Supervise and guide the on-site team to complete installations smoothly. Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure quality work. Coordinate with clients, site engineers, and project managers. Electrical Earthing Work: Perform and check electrical earthing systems as per standards. Measure earth resistance and ensure proper grounding for EV chargers. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose electrical issues and provide on-site solutions. Perform periodic maintenance of installed chargers. Safety & Compliance: Follow electrical safety protocols and ensure the site team does the same. Maintain documentation, installation reports, and checklists. Required Skills & Qualifications:ITI / Diploma in Electrical (preferred). Proven experience in electrical installation work. Knowledge of EV chargers, DB wiring, and load management (added advantage). Ability to lead a team and handle multiple sites. Strong understanding of electrical earthing and grounding systems. Basic knowledge of safety standards and electrical codes. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Work Conditions:Ready to travel to different site locations. Willing to work on outdoor/on-site installations. Ability to handle tools, equipment, and physical installation tasks.
