Electrician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team involved in the manufacturing, wiring, testing, and installation of electrical panel boards. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards, with hands-on experience in control panels, distribution boards, and related installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, and layout drawings.
• Carry out wiring, assembly, and termination of control panels, power distribution boards (PDB), and motor control centers (MCC).
• Install panel boards at client sites, including necessary cable routing, conduit work, and terminations.
• Conduct functional testing of panels before dispatch and after installation.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical faults in panels during manufacturing and installation.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace cleanliness.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams for timely completion of projects.
• Prepare reports/logs related to installation and testing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or equivalent trade certification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in panel board wiring and installation.
• Strong understanding of electrical components (MCBs relays contactors etc.)
• Familiarity with PLC wiring and automation panels is an advantage.
• Ability to work from technical drawings with minimal supervision.
• Good physical condition and ability to work on-site when required.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE usage.

Preferred:

• Valid Electrician license (if applicable).
• Experience in industrial or commercial electrical installation projects.
