Job Description

We are looking for a multi-skilled candidate to manage minor electrical maintenance of the showroom and assist the sales team during peak hours. The ideal candidate should have basic electrical knowledge along with good communication and interpersonal skills to support showroom operations.

Role & responsibilities

Electrical Maintenance (50%)

Perform regular inspections of electrical systems (lighting, power outlets, display lighting, UPS, etc.)

Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical issues within the showroom premises.

Ensure all electrical fixtures are safe, functional, and compliant with safety standards.

Coordinate with external service providers for major electrical work.

Maintain logbooks for repairs and electrical inventory.

Sales Assistance (50%)

Greet and assist customers in the showroom when needed.

Support the sales staff by managing customer queues and showroom cleanliness.

Help in managing product displays, lighting arrangements, and ambience.

Assist during promotional events, stock arrangements, and inventory checks.

Provide basic product information to customers and guide them to appropriate sales executives.

Preferred candidate profile

Education
: ITI/Diploma in Electrical or related field.

Experience
: 06 years (freshers with basic training can apply).

Language preferred
: Kannada, English, Hindi

Basic knowledge of wiring, lighting systems, and electrical tools.

Good communication and customer interaction skills.

Willingness to work in a customer-facing retail environment.
