About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Team Lead to oversee on-site electrical operations, guide technicians, and ensure all work complies with safety and regulatory standards. This role demands strong leadership, a solid technical background, and proven field experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electricians on various site projects
• Assign daily tasks and monitor completion timelines
• Read and interpret schematics and electrical blueprints
• Ensure adherence to all safety codes and electrical regulations
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
• Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment
• Document progress reports and maintain project records
• Mentor junior staff and oversee skill development

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical work
• Mandatory possession of a valid electrical license
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and industry practices
• Ability to handle tools and testing equipment confidently
• Excellent organizational and team management skills
