Electrical Supervisor

As an experienced electrician, your role will involve overseeing electricians, scheduling work, assigning tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing electrical projects, including estimating resources and materials. Your duties will also include enforcing safety regulations, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring adherence to electrical codes and standards. Additionally, you will be expected to diagnose and repair electrical issues, oversee routine and preventative maintenance, and ensure the proper functioning of electrical equipment. Your responsibilities will also include inspecting completed work to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards, as well as maintaining records of work performed, materials used, and project progress. You will be required to provide guidance and training to junior electricians and monitor and manage the inventory of electrical supplies. Qualifications Required: - Several years of experience as an electrician - Experience working in a Construction Company is preferred - Strong knowledge of safety regulations, electrical codes, and standards - Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues and perform maintenance tasks - Excellent organizational and project management skills - Effective communication and leadership abilities - Inventory management experience is a plus The company offers full-time and contractual/temporary job types with day and morning shift schedules.
