Electrical Site Supervisor

Position: Electrical Site Supervisor

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 CTC (monthly)

Experience: Minimum 4 years

Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Qualification: ITI, Diploma, or any relevant qualification in Electrical Field

Work Mode: Field-based

Travel: Required for site visits and project supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

• Material Management: Ensure timely procurement and management of materials required for electrical work at the site.
• Cable Laying: Supervise and manage the process of laying electrical cables safely and efficiently as per project requirements.
• Poles Installation: Oversee the installation of electrical poles, ensuring proper setup, alignment, and safety standards.
• Substation Loading and Unloading: Responsible for the safe loading and unloading of equipment for substations.
• Wiring & Circuit Design: Assist in wiring and circuit design, ensuring proper connections, safety, and compliance with electrical standards.
• Site Supervision: Lead and supervise site workers and contractors, ensuring all work is completed as per specifications and safety regulations.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all electrical work complies with industry safety regulations and standards.
• Reporting: Regularly report the progress of work, material status, and any issues to the higher management.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Address any electrical faults or issues onsite and ensure the resolution of problems promptly.
• Travel: Frequent travel to various project sites for supervision and coordination of electrical work.

Desired Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction site procedures.
• Ability to manage resources, materials, and manpower efficiently.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards and compliance.
• Good communication and leadership skills for managing on-site teams.
• Problem-solving skills to quickly address technical issues on-site.
• Willingness and ability to travel to various project locations.

Note: Only male candidates under the age of 30 with relevant experience and qualifications will be considered.
