Office peon

Job Summary: We are looking for a sincere, physically fit, and responsible Office Peon who can stay at the office premises and assist with daily operational support tasks. This is a 24x7 service role with food and lodging provided by the company . The role includes cleanliness, office errands, basic assistance in administrative tasks, and other duties as required. Key Responsibilities: Visit bank(s) for cheque deposits, withdrawals, document submissions, and other official errands. Maintain office hygiene including sweeping, mopping, and ensuring clean and organized workspaces. Wash and maintain office crockery (cups, glasses, plates) and keep pantry area clean. Serve tea, water, and snacks to staff and guests at regular intervals. Assist in printing, photocopying, scanning, and document binding as required. Handle courier and dispatch services (receiving and delivering). Support in arranging furniture and equipment for meetings or visitors. Maintain stock of cleaning and pantry supplies and inform the office in case of shortages. Be available for urgent tasks at any time, including off-hours and holidays (as per duty). Support basic office maintenance and other miscellaneous activities assigned by management. Requirements: Minimum 8th Pass or above. Prior experience in similar roles is preferred. Honest, punctual, clean, and disciplined. Physically active and able to lift or move light materials. Willing to stay on company premises and be available 24x7. Knowledge of local areas for errands and banking tasks.
