As a Solar Plant/Electrical Site Incharge at Riddhi Seedhi Enterprises in Pune, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the operation and maintenance of the solar plant. This includes managing the electrical (AC-DC) systems to ensure the efficiency of project delivery within set timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the operation and maintenance of the solar plant. - Manage the electrical (AC-DC) systems effectively. - Ensure the efficiency of project delivery within set timelines. - Utilize your knowledge of Solar Power, Solar Industry, and Solar Systems. - Demonstrate your experience in solar land base plants of at least 10MW. - Apply your strong technical skills in electrical systems and maintenance. - Utilize problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Showcase excellent communication and leadership skills. - Adapt to working in a fast-paced environment.
