Electrical Service Engineer

1. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

• Provide on-site technical support to clients/customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to products, equipment, or systems.
• Diagnose problems, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions to ensure optimal functionality.

2. Installation and Maintenance:

• Install, configure, and set up hardware, software, or machinery at client locations.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs to ensure equipment and systems are operating at peak performance.

3. Customer Training and Education:

• Educate clients or end-users on how to properly use and maintain the products, systems, or equipment.

4. Site Visits and Travel:

• Travel to customer sites or project locations to provide on-site assistance and support.
• Manage a designated territory and schedule appointments for site visits efficiently.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, equipment logs, and documentation of repairs and replacements.
• Provide regular updates to supervisors or the central support team regarding service activities, issues, and resolutions.

6. Communication and Customer Relations:

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns, expectations, and requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
