Electrical Service Engineer

Role Overview: As a member of our team, your main responsibilities will include closing service tickets within the stipulated turnaround time, assisting the service sales team in generating leads, and effectively communicating with customers in a professional manner. You will also be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of energy systems, such as KVH optimization systems, renewable energy systems (e.g., wind turbines, solar panels), and related infrastructure. It is crucial to ensure that all systems are installed according to specifications and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Close service tickets within the stipulated turnaround time - Assist the service sales team in generating leads - Communicate effectively with customers in a professional manner - Oversee the installation and commissioning of energy systems - Perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on energy systems - Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems Qualifications Required: - Hold a B.E., Diploma, or ITI in Electrical - Freshers are also welcome to apply Additional Company Details: The working schedule for this position is day shift, and the work location is in person at Chatrapati Sambaji Maharaj Nagar.
