Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to handle in-bound and out-bound calls from new customers and existing tenants to address their queries and concerns. You will need to coordinate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of these concerns. Additionally, you will be expected to be on call at the property to address issues such as power outages, breakages, and supply chain constraints.
