Electrical manager/Senior Engineer

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Valid Electrical C-License (Compulsory).
• 10–15 years of experience in textile dyeing units.
• Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, control panels, MCCs, PLC basics, DG sets, and safety practices.
• Ability to manage teams and handle technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of all electrical systems, HT/LT panels, transformers, Vcb's , Acb's motors, and distribution system.
• The candidate must have hands-on experience with CEIG documentation and inspection processes. Handle liaison with electricity board and government departments if required.
• Manage electrical load distribution, energy efficiency initiatives, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Must have knowledge in preventive and troubleshooting maintenance of Benninger and Monfort's continuous range machines.
• Coordinate with production, utilities, and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
• Supervise electricians and support staff; conduct training on safety and electrical best practices.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving measures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
