Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor ( Experience Required in Thermax boiler 10/20 tone) moving grate / reciprocating boilers and thermic fluid heater systems . Maintain continuous and safe steam/heat supply for plant operations. Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans for boilers, pumps, burners, auxiliaries, steam & thermic fluid distribution system. Feedwater treatment, and blowdown procedures to prevent corrosion and scaling. Maintain daily log sheets, maintenance records, and statutory documentation. Ensure compliance with Boiler Act, IBR rules, pollution board requirements, and safety standards. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for uninterrupted operations. Supervise boiler operators, helpers, and maintenance technicians. Handle emergency shutdowns and safety protocols. Qualifications & Experience Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. Valid Electrical C-License (Compulsory). 10–15 years of experience in textile dyeing units. Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, control panels, MCCs, PLC basics, DG sets, and safety practices. Ability to manage teams and handle technical documentation. Key Responsibilities Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of all electrical systems, HT/LT panels, transformers, Vcb's , Acb's motors, and distribution system. The candidate must have hands-on experience with CEIG documentation and inspection processes. Handle liaison with electricity board and government departments if required. Manage electrical load distribution, energy efficiency initiatives, and preventive maintenance schedules. Must have knowledge in preventive and troubleshooting maintenance of Benninger and Monfort's continuous range machines. Coordinate with production, utilities, and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations. Supervise electricians and support staff; conduct training on safety and electrical best practices. Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving measures.
