Boiler Incharge For Textile processing factory

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor (Experience Required in Thermax boiler 10/20 tone) moving grate / reciprocating boilers and thermic fluid heater systems.
• Maintain continuous and safe steam/heat supply for plant operations.
• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans for boilers, pumps, burners, auxiliaries, steam & thermic fluid distribution system.
• Feedwater treatment, and blowdown procedures to prevent corrosion and scaling.
• Maintain daily log sheets, maintenance records, and statutory documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Boiler Act, IBR rules, pollution board requirements, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for uninterrupted operations.
• Supervise boiler operators, helpers, and maintenance technicians.
• Handle emergency shutdowns and safety protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
