Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Manager to lead our design and development team for vehicle manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop electrical systems, including wiring harness, lighting, switches, sensors, ECU, and instrument clusters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical components into vehicles.
Develop and implement new designs for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Conduct testing and validation of electrical systems to ensure quality and reliability.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
Participate in the development of prototypes and proof-of-concept projects.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
Proven experience in designing and developing electrical systems for vehicle manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of CAD tools, such as NX software, and experience with 3D modeling and assembly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
