Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Injection Moulding

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems of injection moulding machines (AC/DC motors, servo drives, heaters, relays, contactors).
• Diagnose PLC, HMI, servo, and sensor faults and implement corrective actions.
• Perform preventive maintenance of electrical panels, cables, relays, contactors, and machine wiring.
• Support new machine installations and commissioning, including wiring, sensors, and control panel setup.
• Collaborate with production and tool room teams to resolve machine stoppages quickly.
• Maintain records of electrical maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and machine downtime logs.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety norms and lockout-tagout procedures.
• Suggest and implement automation improvements for better machine efficiency.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized electrical repairs and spare parts procurement.

Pay: ₹25,505.94 - ₹30,905.45 per month
