Position: Electrical & Machine Maintenance
Budget: 30k - 45k (Based on skills)
Experience: min 7 year (Prefers candidates from forging industry)
Location: Ambattur

Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Maintenance:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems in forging equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair control panels, motors, PLCs, sensors, VFDs, and switchgear.
• Maintain electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and documentation.
• Inspect and service electrical panels, circuit breakers, and MCCs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards (e.g., IS, IEC, OSHA).

Machine Maintenance:

• Conduct routine maintenance of forging hammers, hydraulic presses, mechanical presses, induction and gas furnaces, trimming machines, and other production equipment.
• Repair or replace worn-out mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
• Maintain lubrication schedules and monitor oil levels in hydraulic systems.
• Support tool changeovers, machine alignment, and calibration as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
