Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of all electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical faults in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Plan, prepare, and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment and systems.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams for execution of electrical works.
  • Monitor energy consumption and implement effective energy‑saving and efficiency improvement measures.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety norms, statutory regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Supervise electrical technicians, allocate daily tasks, and monitor productivity and workmanship.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, work reports, and material inventory related to electrical activities.
  • Prepare BOQs, support vendor finalization, and assist in technical and commercial evaluations.
  • Contribute to electrical system design and review, including preparation and verification of drawings.
  • Develop, review, and manage AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and electrical schematics.

Skills Required

  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and installations.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single‑line diagrams (SLDs), and technical manuals.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical drawings and documentation.
  • Good leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of electrical safety protocols and statutory requirements.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and reporting tools.
  • Responsible, proactive, and detail‑oriented approach to work.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, operations, or project supervision.
  • Exposure to industrial, commercial, residential, layout, or MEP projects is preferred.
  • Proven hands‑on experience with HT/LT systems, switchgear, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, and electrical panels.

Educational Qualification

  • Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
  • Additional certifications related to electrical systems, safety, maintenance, or statutory compliance will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
