Job Overview

The Senior Executive - Electrical will oversee electrical operations within our FMCG plant,

ensuring adherence to manufacturing best practices and safety standards. This role demands

strong analytical skills, hands-on troubleshooting, and deep knowledge of electrical engineering

principles, codes, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise electrical operations in the plant during shifts to ensure efficienttask completion and operational excellence.
Analyze and troubleshoot electrical systems and circuits to maintain optimal plant performance.
Develop timelines, estimate costs for electrical projects, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Monitor employee performance, coordinate workflow, and handle operational issues for smooth shift transitions.
Maintain compliance with metrology guidelines and legal regulations related to electrical systems.
Mentor and guide team members to improve skills and enhance team productivity.
Manage inventory and spare parts to prevent downtime and maintain continuous plant operation.
Prepare detailed shift reports including team performance metrics.
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and conduct necessary safety training for the team.
Maintain daily checklists and Critical Control Points (CCPs) for electrical systems.
Handle LT and HT electrical panels including ACB and VCB panels with proficiency.
Possess working knowledge of transformers, capacitor banks, CT/BT, diesel generators, earthing systems, fire safety measures, and CCTV.
Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings related to electrical panels.
