Hiring for Electrical Engineer- Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Position: Electrical Engineer Location: Bahadurgarh Experience Level: 3-4 years in electrical engineering, with a focus on power systems, energy storage, or renewable energy. Industry: Renewable Energy / Energy Storage / Electrical Systems We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Engineer to lead the deployment of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) at industrial sites, factories, and electrical substations. This role focuses on on-site implementation, electrical panel design, integration with existing power infrastructure, and ensuring system safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Deployment & Commissioning 2. Electrical Panel Design 3. Integration & Interfacing 4. Testing & Troubleshooting 5. Documentation & Compliance Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years in electrical installation/commissioning (preferably for BESS, solar, or industrial power systems) Strong knowledge of panel design, layout, and component selection Experience with on-site deployment in factories, substations, or industrial premises Familiar with LV & MV systems, switchgear, transformers, and protection schemes Ability to read and create SLDs, wiring diagrams, and layout plans Working knowledge of electrical safety practices and regulatory codes Good to Have: Experience integrating SCADA, EMS, or BMS with electrical systems Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN Understanding of grid interconnection norms and approvals Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Certifications in electrical safety, HT/LT operation, or project management are a plus.
