Key Responsibilities: Lead electrical design and implementation of solar energy systems (PV and thermal). Develop and review electrical CAD drawings and single-line diagrams. Oversee on-site electrical installation, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Conduct pre-commissioning, testing (e.g., insulation resistance, string testing), and system commissioning. Troubleshoot and resolve industrial onsite electrical challenges. Collaborate closely with project, civil, design, and procurement teams. Manage documentation—daily logs, as-built drawings, test reports, technical reports. Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering. 3+ years of experience in solar or electrical engineering. Proficient in electrical CAD tools. Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a plus. Comfortable with extensive travel (~75%).
