Managing the Electrical Production Team Responsible for Winding and Assembly of Electric Rotating Machines

Accountabilities / Responsibilities

· To manage a diverse, skilled team in the Electrical production of motors, alternators and specialty electrical machines

· Motivate the Team to perform at their highest productivity levels

· Achieve the targeted production with Zero defects as per production plan and the specified quality standards consistently.

· To prepare and maintain manufacturing facilities, tools and jigs. To work with management in implementation of process automation.

· Responsible to ensure all activities of the electrical production and QMS.

· Liaison and Collaborate with Mechanical Production, QA, Stores, Materials & Marketing departments whenever the necessity arises.

· To study the Assembly Drawings and BOMs as per the monthly production Plan & Production Order for any observations / clarifications prior to manufacturing.

· To ensure proper up keeping of all documents, registers, records etc., in the concerned sections.

· To identify shortages of materials and other connected problems related to production and resolve the same with the concerned Departments.

· Ensure that the processes are carried out as per process specifications under controlled conditions.

· To ensure all production management records are maintained up-to-date and accurately

Qualifications / Requirements

· B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering from accredited university or college with distinction

· Familiarity with electric motors and alternators is a must. Knowledge of winding configurations,

connection diagrams and winding processes of AC and DC machines is a MUST.

· A good knowledge of relay operation and electrical panel wiring is a MUST.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
