We are looking for the candidates who is having 2+ years of experience in robots/stacker cranes and conveyors system, Error clearing and troubleshooting of drives, motors, controllers and sensors etc. Work Lovation Perambalur,
Section Manager MRF Staff
(Functions the person will be handling on day to day basis)
1. continuous monitoring of automation system consists of robots/stacker cranes and conveyors system.
2. Error clearing and troubleshooting of drives, motors, controllers and sensors etc.
3. General maintenance of equipment's both preventive and predictive.
4. reporting of issues / problems and preparation of daily and month reports.
5. Trouble shooting AB plc. and sew drives etc
6. Trouble shooting electrical circuits
7. PMS activities in tyre building machine extruders etc machines.
8. Drives and panels maintenance.
(Mention the Skill sets/qualities & competencies needed for the position to face the challenges involved in the job)
1. Diploma / ITI in Electrical
2.Able to Understand Machine Technically
3.Able to Attend Breakdown Independently
4. Robotics experience is preferred (Fanuc)
5. Programming and troubleshooting knowledge in PLC (Allen Bradley).
6. SEW Drives
7.Good Team Player
8.Tyre industry experience preferred
