As a Mechanical Technician at UPSPL Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd., located at Sadashivapet, you will be responsible for equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintenance & repair tasks related to mechanical machines such as extruders, high-speed conveyor systems, tire building machines, tire curing machines, banbury machines, calendaring machines, and general mechanical systems. To be eligible for this role, you should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in similar mechanical systems. Strong technical know-how of mechanical systems, knowledge in solenoid valves, cylinders in hydraulic & pneumatic circuits, basic knowledge in drive/driven rollers/pulleys by timer belts in various equipment's involved in power transmission, and basic knowledge in general maintenance of equipment both preventive and predictive are required. Additionally, you should have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Previous experience working in a similar industry, particularly in the tire sector, is considered a plus. As an Electrical Technician at UPSPL Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd., located at Sadashivapet, you will be responsible for performing electrical maintenance, troubleshooting electrical issues, implementing electrical engineering solutions, and maintaining electrical equipment on site. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DEEE) and possess electrical maintenance and troubleshooting skills with 2-4 years of experience in electrical maintenance. Experience in maintaining electrical equipment, ability to work independently and as part of a team, troubleshooting PLCs and SEW drives, experience in drives and panel maintenance, possession of Electrical B Licence and C Licence, and experience in general maintenance of equipment both preventive and predictive are essential. Having previous experience in a similar industry, particularly in the tire sector, is an advantage. The salary range for these positions is between 300,000 to 360,000 in CTC.
