At HVTI, we’re leading the charge in electrical safety and testing solutions for the power and distribution sector. As we continue to expand our presence across India, we’re looking for a dynamic and technically sound Electrical Engineer to join our team in a marketing and client engagement role.

This is not a desk job — it's a travelling position that will take you across India’s major industries including power plants, substations, DISCOMs, heavy industries, hydropower, and steel plants.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Represent HVTI across India to market and demonstrate our range of electrical safety and testing equipment, including HV detectors, discharge rods, portable earthing equipment, Hipot kits, Secondary & Primary Injection Test Kits, PD monitoring systems, and more.
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and decision-makers in utilities and heavy industries.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, training sessions, and site visits at power plants, substations, and industrial sites.
• Collaborate with the internal team to provide feedback from the field and improve customer satisfaction and product performance.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences to promote HVTI’s innovative solutions.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the power and distribution industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical circuits, high voltage safety protocols, substation and power plant operations.
• Familiarity with HV equipment used in power generation, transmission, and industrial facilities.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in technical sales and client interaction.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
