Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventive maintenance of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment. Diagnose electrical faults and carry out repairs efficiently and safely. Monitor electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulations. Maintain and update technical documentation, maintenance logs, and equipment history. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and upgrades. Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes (e.g., IEC, NEC). Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major breakdowns and implement corrective actions. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience (2–5 years) in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Work Conditions: On-site role with potential for shift work and on-call duty. Exposure to industrial and high-voltage environments; adherence to PPE protocols is mandatory.
