Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Electrical Engineer with strong fundamentals in Electrical Machines and an interest in Research & Development (R&D). The selected candidate will work closely with the R&D team on development, testing, analysis, and innovation of electrical systems and machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on research, design, and development related to electrical machines (induction motors, synchronous machines, generators, etc.)
• Assist in testing, validation, and performance analysis of electrical equipment
• Conduct electrical measurements, data acquisition, and result interpretation
• Support fault diagnosis, condition monitoring, and root cause analysis
• Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and design notes
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and testing teams
• Participate in continuous improvement and innovation activities

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong fundamentals of Electrical Machines
• Basic understanding of:
• Power systems and power electronics
• Motor testing and performance characteristics
• Electrical measurements and instrumentation
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in R&D and product development
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel; exposure to MATLAB / Python is a plus
• Awareness of IEC / IEEE standards is an advantage

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Hands-on lab experience or academic projects related to motors or drives
• Exposure to VFDs, sensors, or data acquisition systems
• Knowledge of condition monitoring or predictive maintenance concepts

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
