Electrical Engineer (Design)

We are looking for a technically sound, energetic, and result-oriented Electrical AutoCAD Engineer with a strong passion for designing and drawing electrical panels. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with AutoCAD (2D/3D), EPLAN, and have strong working knowledge of HT/LT switchgear designs up to 33 kV.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Drafting of Electrical Panels (HT & LT up to 33 kV and 6000A).
• Prepare GA Drawings, Sectional Views, Front/Side/Top Views, and Busbar Layouts.
• Create complete documentation including:
• Busbar Calculations (Short Circuit, Current Density)
• Wiring Diagrams, Loop Drawings, TB Drawings, Schematic & Control Logic Diagrams
• Protection Relay Selection and Wiring
• Handle PTTA / TTA Panels, IEC 61439 design standards, Fire Suppression Panels, Capacitor Panels (with Reactor), DG Synchronization Panels, AMF Panels, VFD Panels, SCADA, PLC, DCS control panels, and more.
• Lead technical discussions on Zoom/Teams with clients for drawing approval.
• Conduct IS / IEC compliance reviews: IS 8623, IEC 61439, IEC 62271, etc.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely design delivery and modifications.
• Ensure product selection and sheet metal layout aligns with cost-effective and customer-friendly design principles.

Technical Expertise Required:

• AutoCAD (2D/3D) and EPLAN proficiency
• Design experience with:
• HT VCB Panels up to 33 kV
• LT Panels up to 6000A
• Unity Power Factor Panels, AMF, UPS, Battery Chargers, Thyristor Modules, etc.
• Strong knowledge of Busbar design & electrical calculations
• Familiar with Form 1 to Form 4 Panel design, IS/IEC standards
• Hands-on experience in design automation for HT/LT panels
• Good command over MS Excel, email drafting, and client communications

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
