ROLE SUMMARY

1. Perform routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of

   BTG

   area electrical equipment such as:

• HT/LT motors

  and auxiliary systems

• HT / LT Switchgear

• Power and Distribution Transformers
• Protection relays
• Diagnose faults and carry out troubleshooting and corrective actions to reduce equipment downtime.
• Perform testing and calibration of protective relays, CTs, PTs, and other electrical components.
• Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records, history cards, and technical reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) protocols.
• Assist in planning and execution of major overhauls, retrofits, and modernization projects.
