Electrical Engineer & ASST. Engineer

• Design and Development

• Develop electrical schematics, diagrams, and layouts for new products and manufacturing equipment.
• Research and select suitable electrical components considering performance, cost, and availability.
  

• Testing and Quality Assurance

• Design and conduct tests to assess the performance, safety, and reliability of electrical systems and products.
• Analyse test results, identify issues, and implement corrective measures.
  

• Manufacturing and Installation

• Supervise and support installation and commissioning of electrical systems on the manufacturing floor.
• Ensure smooth operation and integration of electrical components into production systems.
  

• Compliance and Safety

• Ensure compliance with relevant

  industry standards, electrical codes, and safety regulations

  .
• Perform

  risk assessments

  and implement necessary safety protocols.

• Troubleshooting and Maintenance

• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in production or operation environments.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  

• Collaboration and Documentation

• Collaborate with

  mechanical engineers, production managers, and cross-functional teams

  to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including wiring diagrams, technical specifications, and test reports.
  

Desired Profile of the Candidate

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (ITI, Diploma, B.Tech).
• Proven track record in electrical engineering, with strong exposure to manufacturing operations.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, standards, and safety practices.
• Proficiency in electrical design tools, project management, and documentation software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership qualities.
• Effective

  time management

  and ability to meet project deadlines.

Qualification

• ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech in

  Electrical Engineering

  or equivalent specialization.

Experience

• Minimum

  10 years of experience

  in electrical engineering, preferably within the

  manufacturing or industrial sector

  .

Compensation

• CTC:

  5 to 9 LPA (Depending on experience and expertise)
