Job Description / Responsibilities 1. Supervision and Coordination Supervise and coordinate the activities of site staff, subcontractors, and tradespeople. Ensure all tasks are executed in line with project timelines and quality standards. Allocate resources, materials, and equipment effectively to meet project requirements. 2. Quality Assurance Monitor work progress and ensure all activities adhere to project specifications, blueprints, and relevant industry standards. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues, defects, or deviations promptly. 3. Health & Safety Compliance Enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on site. Report any incidents or near-misses immediately and support investigations as needed. 4. Communication and Reporting Act as the point of contact between site operations and project stakeholders including project managers, engineers, architects, and clients. Prepare and submit site reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, as required. Communicate project updates, delays, or site issues clearly and promptly to senior management. 5. Documentation and Record-Keeping Maintain accurate records of site activities, work schedules, and workforce attendance. Oversee material deliveries and manage site inventory. Ensure proper documentation of permits, inspection certificates, and compliance records. 6. Problem Solving and Decision-Making Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to minimize project disruptions. Handle conflicts or disputes among site personnel with professionalism and diplomacy. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar construction leadership role. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office tools. Valid drivers license and safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, CSCS) are preferred.

Manufacturing and Installation Supervise and support installation and commissioning of electrical systems on the manufacturing floor. Ensure smooth operation and integration of electrical components into production systems. Compliance and Safety Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, electrical codes, and safety regulations . Perform risk assessments and implement necessary safety protocols. Troubleshooting and Maintenance Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in production or operation environments. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance. Collaboration and Documentation Collaborate with mechanical engineers, production managers, and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including wiring diagrams, technical specifications, and test reports. Desired Profile of the Candidate Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (ITI, Diploma, B.Tech). Proven track record in electrical engineering, with strong exposure to manufacturing operations. Solid understanding of electrical systems, standards, and safety practices. Proficiency in electrical design tools, project management, and documentation software. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership qualities. Effective time management and ability to meet project deadlines. Qualification ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent specialization. Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector . Compensation CTC: 5 to 9 LPA (Depending on experience and expertise)
