Job Description: Electrical Designer

Location:Gurugram, Haryana

Role Overview:

We are hiring an Electrical Designer to create electrical designs and layouts using AutoCAD for industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects. The role involves designing LT/HT panels, cable tray systems, and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical.

- Design LT and HT panels and cable tray systems, including sizing and routing.

- Prepare accurate BOQs and material take-offs for electrical components.

- Perform load calculations, voltage drop analysis, and short-circuit studies.

- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to meet project requirements.

- Ensure designs comply with Indian Standards (IS), IEC, or client specifications.

- Conduct site visits to verify designs and resolve construction issues.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in electrical design, with expertise in AutoCAD Electrical.

- Knowledge of LT/HT panel design, cable tray systems, and BOQ preparation.

- Familiarity with electrical codes (IS, IEC, NFPA) and load calculation methods.

- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Autocad Software

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for BOQ documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
