Job Description

Hiring for Electrical Design Manager/ Lead at Kalpataru Projects International Ltd in the Oil & gas division.

Responsibilities

Design and develop electrical systems and components for oil and gas projects.
Create detailed electrical schematics, layouts, and wiring diagrams.
Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
Perform calculations to determine electrical loads and select appropriate equipment and materials.
Participate in design reviews and provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.
Ensure designs adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve design issues to optimize performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in electrical design for the Oil & Gas industry.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards relevant to the Oil & Gas sector.
Proficient in AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar design software.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
