Role & responsibilities 2-8 years of experience in Machine Building and Automation Field B.E./Diploma in EEE, E&I and Mechatronics The role is responsible for, Understanding the customer requirement and concept generation Ability to select PLC / HMI / Servo / Load Cell / LVDT / Vison Systems etc. Prepare / Hands-on exp with E-Plan Software using SLD & Detail schematic preparation Handon experience with Auto CAD Panel drawing preparation Ability to create various automation product using Network Architectures/ MES / Tracability like Siemens, Omoron , AB etc Should create BOM using SAP (MM / PP) / PLM Able to derive Calculations – Power / Servo etc. Knowledge on Safety standards – CE / UL Marking Knowledge on Robots / Cobots / Vison Ability to select right sensors for applications Prepare and share RCA report and Lesson learnt documents with respect Failure and repeated issues. Prepare the Machine Manual.
