Design and develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical (E_CAD 2024).EPLAN is preferred.Strong knowledge in selection and application of electrical components such as circuit breakers, relays, sensors, actuators, servo motors, drives, and motion control devices based on application requirements.Design and document PLC I/O modules wiring for machine controls.Generate complete and detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) for procurement and manufacturing.Ensure all designs comply with applicable standards (IEC, NEC, UL, CE) and machine safety regulations.Collaborate closely with mechanical designers, controls engineers, and manufacturing teams for integrated design and execution.Support prototype assembly and troubleshoot electrical systems during build and commissioning phases.Continuously review and optimize electrical designs for performance improvement and cost efficiency.Maintain thorough electrical documentation, design revisions, and implement change management processes.Participate actively in design reviews and contribute to project planning and execution with technical insights.
