Electrical Control Panel Production Engineer

Department: Electrical Control Panel Manufacturing Unit Company: Ramkumar Electrotech Pvt Ltd We are seeking a skilled and self-driven Design & Production Management Engineer to lead end-to-end engineering activities in our Electrical Control Panel Manufacturing Unit. The ideal candidate will handle design, planning, BOQ preparation, production supervision, and ensure timely delivery of panels as per client and consultant specifications. *Key Responsibilities* Design & Engineering Design LT electrical control panels including PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF, VFD, PLC and Distribution Boards. Prepare GA drawings, SLDs, schematics, wiring drawings and cable schedules. *Production & Project Management* Plan and schedule production activities to ensure on-time delivery. Supervise panel fabrication, assembly, wiring and internal quality checks. Maintain daily production reports and ensure adherence to manufacturing standards. Required Skills & Qualifications BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering. years of experience in design and production of LT electrical control panels. Strong knowledge of switchgear brands (Finolex, Polycab, Hager, L&T, Siemens, Schneider, etc.). Hands-on experience in AutoCAD electrical design. Familiarity with IS/IEC standards for electrical control panels. Strong leadership, time management and team-handling skills. Strong communication and client-handling skills.
