Electrical Automation Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• 1. PLC & Automation Development

• Able to understand PLC programming,
• Work with 

  Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Schneider

   PLCs for industrial automation.

• 2. Drive System Configuration & Commissioning

• Commission 

  AC/DC drives

• Work with 

  Siemens,Rockwell Automation servo drives

   .

• 4. Electrical & Robotic System Integration

• Perform 

  electrical integration

   and commissioning of robotic systems.
• Conduct 

  trials and testing

   of swap operations for automation processes.
• Test and commission 

  control and power panels

   for industrial applications.

• 5. Troubleshooting & Maintenance

• Diagnose and resolve 

  equipment breakdowns

   to minimize downtime.
• Perform 

  software and electrical upgrades

   for improved system performance.
• Implement 

  preventive maintenance

   strategies for automation systems.

• 6. Network Communication & Integration

• Configure 

  Profibus DP, Profinet, Modbus TCP & RTU, USS, S7 Communications

  .
• Ensure 

  seamless data exchange

   between automation systems.

• 7. Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with the 

  mechanical integration team

   to ensure smooth automation.
• Document programming logic, testing procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Create and maintain 

  Bill of Materials (BOM)

   for electrical system design.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1. Education & Experience

• B.Tech/Diploma

   in 

  Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field

  .

• 2-3 years

   of experience in 

  PLC programming, automation, and industrial control systems

  .

• 2. Technical Skills

• PLC Programming:

   Siemens Allen Bradley, Schneider.

• Drives & Motor Control:

   Siemens AC/DC drives, servo systems, SEW drive systems.

• Network Communication:

   Profibus DP, Profinet,CAN,, Modbus TCP & RTU, USS, S7 Communications.

• 3. Automation & Electrical Integration

• Expertise in 

  robotic system integration and commissioning

  .
• Hands-on experience in 

  power panel wiring, testing, and troubleshooting

  .
• Knowledge of 

  control systems, PID control, and high-speed counting modules

  .

• 4. Problem-Solving & Maintenance

• Strong ability to 

  diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve PLC-related issues

  .
• Experience in 

  software and hardware upgrades

   for automation systems.
• Ability to work independently and 

  coordinate with multidisciplinary teams

  .

• 5. Documentation & Compliance

• Proficiency in creating 

  technical documentation, BOMs, and electrical schematics

  .
• Understanding of 

  safety regulations and industry standards

   in automation.
