Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, supplier quality, or a similar role.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in English communication.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently under pressure and self-driven for quality development.
Experience in control panels testing is required.
Must be able to work in a team and cooperate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, procurement, and project management.
