Role Overview: As an EV Trainer at our growing academy, you will have the opportunity to share your passion and knowledge of electric vehicles with aspiring students. Your role will involve conducting engaging training sessions, staying updated with the latest EV technologies, guiding students in their skill development, and collaborating with the curriculum team to enhance training modules. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct engaging training sessions on electric vehicle technology, systems, and service. - Deliver both theoretical and practical modules to students. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in EV technology and integrate them into training content. - Guide and mentor students in skill development and project work. - Collaborate with the curriculum team to improve training modules and teaching materials. - Conduct assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Automobile Engineering (mandatory). - Strong interest and knowledge in electric vehicles and related technologies. - Passion for teaching and mentoring students. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to simplify complex concepts and create an engaging learning environment. - Willingness to continuously upgrade skills and adapt to new technologies.
