Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Electric Vehicle Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team. Tasks include managing sales operations, communicating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to sales coordination and customer interaction.

• Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities
• Experience in Sales and understanding of sales processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry is a plus
