Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Conga CPQ and CLM solutions.
  • Configure Conga CPQ: product modeling, pricing strategies, approval workflows, and quote-to-cash processes.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical configurations and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, business analysts, QA, and end-users.
  • Contribute to backlog grooming, user story creation, and definition of done.
  • Support ERP integrations and ensure seamless data exchange between platforms.
  • Own system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and ensure adherence to development Skills :
  • Proven experience with Conga CPQ/CLM configuration and deployments.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks.
  • Experience with custom scripting, formula fields, and advanced configuration in Conga CPQ.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX and source control (Git, Bitbucket, etc.) is a plus.
