Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 10 years of experience in EHS to join our team on an immediate contract basis in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the contractor safety program as per Collins Contractor management requirements.
Conduct safety inspections and correct unsafe acts and conditions in high-risk areas.
Collaborate with the EHS team to fulfill transition requirements.
Provide training and validation of contractors in EHS topics.
Support the EHS team in complying with Collins EHS requirements.
Issue PTW for all activities as part of site transitions.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS.
Strong knowledge of EHS principles and practices.
Ability to work closely with the EHS team.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Ability to conduct toolbox talks and daily interactions with contractors.
Strong understanding of contractor safety programs and management requirements.
