Location: Navi Mumbai

Project Lead EHS

Qualification: Degree in Environmental Science
Experience: 15 to 20 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all site-based EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) operations.
• Ensure full compliance with national and local regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive EHS policies, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews; ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
• Train and mentor EHS teams and promote a strong safety culture.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities for compliance and reporting.

2. Project Manager EHS

Qualification: Degree in Environmental Science
Experience: 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day EHS functions on site in alignment with project and corporate safety objectives.
• Coordinate with project teams to implement environmental and occupational safety practices.
• Ensure documentation, incident investigations, and periodic reporting.
• Supervise EHS officers and ensure statutory compliance.
• Support client interactions and prepare monthly EHS dashboards/reports.

3. Project Supervisor EHS

Qualification: Degree in Environmental Science
Experience: 7 to 8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-ground safety practices and ensure adherence to all EHS guidelines.
• Conduct tool-box talks, job safety analysis (JSA), and regular site inspections.
• Identify hazards and take proactive measures to prevent incidents.
• Maintain EHS logs, inspection reports, and PPE usage compliance.
• Report incidents and assist in root cause analysis.
