Full Time
1. Lead the EHS function across all group companies under the corporate umbrella.
2. Ensure full compliance with applicable EHS, fire safety, and statutory regulations across multiple sites.
3. Monitor adherence to GPCB, CGWA, and other environmental norms, especially in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Jaipur & Hyderabad.
4. Supervise ETP operations through respective location in-charge and ensure alignment with environmental treatment standards.
5. Implement and maintain robust chemical safety and process safety programs.
6. Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure all necessary licenses, permissions, and audits are up to date.
7. Drive company-wide EHS audits, inspections, and gap closure initiatives.
8. Develop and roll out EHS training programs across business units; act as the chief trainer for safety awareness.
9. Spearhead implementation and compliance of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and related standards, if applicable.
10. Establish emergency response protocols and coordinate fire drills and safety preparedness activities.
11. Collaborate with site EHS teams to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment across locations.
12. Report regularly to senior management with insights, trends, compliance status, and improvement plans.
1. In-depth knowledge of national and state-specific EHS, Fire Safety, and Factory Act norms.
2. Strong understanding of ETP operations, pollution control board requirements (GPCB, CGWA).
3. Expertise in chemical and process safety management practices.
4. Familiarity with ISO standards (14001, 45001) and EHS audits.
5. Understanding of multi-site industrial safety systems and controls.
6. Acquaintance with state fire services and environmental clearance processes.
